Welcome to CiviTag. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CiviTag mobile application and related services. By creating an account and using CiviTag, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CiviTag, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CiviTag Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

To use CiviTag, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must own or have legal authorization to use the vehicle(s) you register.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Zero Tolerance for Abuse & Harassment

Our Internet Call and Alert features are designed strictly for vehicle-related emergencies and notifications. You agree NOT to use CiviTag for:

• Harassment & Abuse: Using the internet call feature to harass, threaten, or verbally abuse vehicle owners.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial messages or repetitive content.
• Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates Indian laws or regulations.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity.

Strict Enforcement: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abuse. Any user reported for abusing the internet call feature, harassing others, or misusing the platform will face an immediate and permanent lifetime block from all CiviTag services. Furthermore, we actively cooperate with law enforcement and will initiate legal action against individuals engaging in severe harassment, threats, or illegal activities through our platform.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any messages or images you send through CiviTag. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

CiviTag retains all intellectual property rights to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You are granted a limited license to use the Service as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. CiviTag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
